Hey there everyone,
Just a note to let you know that I have removed the 'word verification' from comments as its been driving me CRAZY!!! If you really feel that you want it on there, it can be put back on, but I feel its just a waste of time that really isnt all that necessary. After a day (and evening due to work being so busy), of squinting at a PC screen, I dont really want to do it when I am doing something in my leisure time!!!

The reason I turned it on in the first place was because we were getting dozens and dozens of automated spam comments and I was sick of deleting them. As long as it doesn't start happening again, I guess it doesn't matter.
Spam will happen - you can't stop the robots
Why do you need to have the email notification thing happening anyway? Its optional.
Damn spam robots, I get heaps of the crap from Jon's mailing list on the website, not sure why people get enjoyment from it?
